Installation would be easier if they included more pictures. You have to open the chain links to attach. instructions recommend A19 bulbs but will need A15 bulbs. I am very happy with the lamp.

Looking at the picture it like the glass extends beyond the light bulb. Well you need a short light bulb to not extend beyond the glass. The arms were a little tweeked but not bad. Other than that we are happy with it.
